I have 30 years experience in the IT sector, laterly in the IT Training area, and have worked in the commercial, professional body and academic sectors. Giving me a unique perspective on Learning & Development.
As a SFIA certified consultant I have worked with SFIA and SFIAplus skills frameworks.

Learning & Development

High level of expertice in designing training programmes and skills assessment/analysis. I have experience and knowledge of combining commercial training into academic qualifications and developing higher apprenticeship prgrammes.

Skills Frameworks

I am a certified SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and worked with SFIAplus at the BCS (British Computer Society).

Business Management

During my career I have worked in most aspects of management, particularly project and product management, marketing and sales. I have recently completed the Professional Certificate in Management, at the Open University, which helped me to formalised my experience. My experience is best suited to small business start-up.
